Hi! I am Angi, The Unicorn Realtor®! I have been a Licensed Realtor® since 2013 and have worked on everything from commercial property to vacant land. I am experienced in residential buyer/seller representation, short sale transactions, foreclosures, 1031 exchanges, property management and land contracts. In 2024 I earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation.

In 2019 during a continuing education lecture, the instructor encouraged us to be ourselves as agents and stop trying to fit the “mold”, and so; THE Unicorn was born. With my purple hair and sparkle, I am not afraid to go further than the average Realtor® when I am promoting your listing. I utilize social media, high quality photos, unique graphics, live videos, and unique custom signage when promoting my listings. I give an all-encompassing look at the real estate world.

I love being active in the community. Volunteering is a passion of and I am a proud to be a member of The Zanesville Daybreak Rotary Club and a Habitat for Humanity Ambassador.

When not working hard for my clients, I can be found enjoying local events and loving the sunshine with my wife, daughter and our 5 dogs.

I have lived in Muskingum County my entire life and have been a resident of Nashport for the past 25 years.
I obtained my Real Estate license in 2018, and since then, I have helped many families and businesses find their perfect spot. I also specialize in assisting sellers with marketing their property to get the maximum return on their investment.
